Announcements!

This thread will be for announcements concerning upcoming games or events or projects or any of that fun stuff.

To start us out, you'll notice that, while I did clean up the forum a little, I also left a lot of our old threads still up, especially in the Writer's Workshop. I didn't feel right deleting anyone's work, so if you had a thread there that you want to revive, go for it.

What do you guys think of setting a limit on the number of RPs that can be running at once? We're a small group, almost all of us are in Amano's RP, and I'm sure we want to see that one take off without being hindered by five other RPs that don't get off the ground.

Say, a limit of like, 2 or 3 active RPs at a time? What are you guys' thoughts?

I think limiting active RPs is a great idea. I stops us from over-committing and burning out. If we do that, though, I also think we should be vocal about when we feel an RP is 'dead', so any RPs waiting in the wings know to move forward.

I'd say two, tops, unless we cap things off with a people limit. Say, 4 people allowed in that one, 4 allowed in the other, then an open limit on the third.

I feel like that just separates us, or limits our options. I think we're responsible enough to know that if we sign up to be in an RP, we're going to commit to it. I know I personally would not want to be in the position where I had to choose between friends for the fourth spot or something.

Eh, true enough, it was just a thought.

I still say cap it off at 2, though.

I've made a Rules thread in the RP forum.

I also deleted the OOC forum, instead moving OOC threads to the RP forum. Just to have everything in one place.
