Post by BSmith Tue Apr 24, 2012 11:49 pm

So yeah, Norad and I talked it over and decided to give the old forum another go. This one won't be having anything to do with RPs, but instead be a place for us to hang out, to chat, post some of our artsy-like stuff, and maybe participate in some fun writing exercises.

More info forthcoming. For now, commence with... whatever the hell it is you want to do.

It's saying my old account is inactive so this is me. Rhys.

I like this! I want to catch up!

Yeah, people should feel free to make new accounts if they want/have to do so.

And that was the point; Rust made me feel all nostalgic via his post on FB, so it got me thinking it'd be cool to revive the forum and talk to everyone again, in a way that doesn't require the commitment of RPs.

You make me nostalgia about the time I didn't have periods.

I think 50%+ of my posts in Neoseeker were from that radio station I used to work at. XD

Rhys, being the only one who saw it in real life. Cool

You've been gone for too long, Amano, I've forgotten so much stuff. Though I do remember the theater..

I remember Amano stickying things up. And Rust was there. And Smithy was there! But nobody else. Except for Tiger. He was there, too. And I was there as well.

And now I'm here.

Excuse me. I was there. I was usually there when I wasn't curled up in some corner, MADLY SCRIBBLING about lost islands and shit.

Nice to see ya'll again. Bitches.

So am I the only one who thinks Becca should bring back Khallistia?

No?

Good.

Let's do that.

I didn't include you because I saw you on neo, and I waved, and screamed, and made loud noises and such, and you ignored me and just left. And that hurt my feelings. =(

Good job, Becca, hit him again! Mwahahahahaha

Also, agreeing with Zhan. Because I like my utterly naive and carefree mage back

Jason reporting, also known as Norad 2 for the few of you who might not have learned my real name. My. . .power just went out, but thanks to the miracle of laptop computers and battery-powered wifi broadcasters I am still able to join you all here.

As the Romans used to say, "sweet!"

Anyway, who likes haiku? Anybody? I hope so, because that's all the writing I've been doing lately. I challenged myself to write one a day for a year, and if nobody will mock me too harshly I might start recording the results of that challenge here.

If I had a better memory or the attention span to go back and look I would beat you at this game, Alle /redanger

Masked Jason, go for it. I won't laugh. Much. Or at all. Unless they're funny. If they're funny.

Also, as an FYI, I just updated my poetry thread. There is a lot more I haven't added, but I don't feel like doing it all tonight. /lazy

Still, your feedback is appreciated and stuff.

Also, Norad's haiku is amazing. Mine pales in comparison.

Thank you for your kind words. The thread isn't just for me though, so feel free to talk about it there if the mood strikes you. One of my favorite thing about haiku is discussing it, after all. I was going to comment on your poetry here, but then I realized that might make me some sort of hypocrite. So back to your thread I go!
